7月21日至23日，巴勒斯坦各派别内部和解对话在北京举行。23日，巴勒斯坦各派代表签署关于结束分裂、加强巴勒斯坦团结的《北京宣言》。中国-中东关系专家纳吉丽(Najla Alzarooni)在接受中新网采访时表示，中国是受全球各国信任的斡旋者，同时又是很好的倾听者代理出产母冈江凛，中国在推动中东地区的和平稳定方面，做出了巨大贡献。
